Our Ethics:
Our Ethics

Quality, not quantity telemarketing services

Why Ethical?

"If you build that foundation, both the moral and the ethical foundation, as well as the business foundation, and the experience foundation, then the building won't crumble."
Henry Kravis

“So, why Ethical I hear you screaming out? And isn’t telemarketing and Ethical kind of an oxymoron?

Well, yes in some cases, but not in ours, we hope.

The real deal:

Ethical should be a lifestyle – an ethos. Common sense about how to live and work. About how to try and do things right and in a fair manner – not making martyrs out of extreme green issues – we’re not preaching veganism, living in grass huts and walking about in shoes made of seaweed. Equally, we have no stereotypical capitalist corporate mentality.

It’s about treating our employees, customers and people we call with a degree of respect and empathy, as to what we and they are talking about. By being real and embracing today’s business methods – just approaching them in a sensible, common-sense manner, where there is an emotionally, socially, economically and environmentally  sound degree of respect, where any interaction involves no negative impact on either party or their time. We want to make sure that everyone benefits from one of our professional tele marketers phone call – even when it’s a negative response. We want them to be educated on a new piece of information or service, and you to benefit from the desired result or receive constructive market feedback.

So, we scrap all of the cold-calling, dialling machine, tacky-script-read nonsense, and provide our clients with a professional service, built on our unique skills and mastery of the nuance of language. Our credentials are backed by our ISO14001 environmental management systems qualifications, as well as our internal guidelines, understanding of the industry and aspiration to deliver a top notch job.

Call and try us. We’re simply fantastic/amazing/wonderful ( make your own choice). All of the great results, in terms of qualified, timely, spoken to leads, with none of the negative connotations that telemarketing can epitomise.

But back to the ethical question. We always want to improve. We’re not perfect. We try.  We treat our staff fairly, we have an environmentally sound office, we approach campaigns openly and professionally and we do some free work for local charities. But we know it’s only a start. We’re always striving to do better and learn – again that’s the kind of the ethos we embrace. So any suggestions or great ideas about how we can operate would be welcome. Equally, constructive criticism is welcome, in order for us to address any issue we may  miss.

Have a great day and please don’t print this page.
